Claiming Locked Tokens

Once tokens have been unlocked according to the vesting schedule, they can be claimed by the beneficiary wallet.

When Can Tokens Be Claimed?

  • Cliff Vesting: All tokens can be claimed after the unlock date

  • Linear Vesting: Tokens gradually unlock over time and can be claimed as they become available

How to Claim Tokens

Step 1: Access Your Locks

  1. Connect your wallet to LockFi

  2. Navigate to "Claim Tokens" section

  3. Find the lock containing tokens you wish to claim

Step 2: Check Available Tokens

Open the lock details page and review the "Unlocked Amount" to see how many tokens are available for claiming.

Step 3: Claim Tokens

  1. Click the "Claim" button

  2. Confirm the transaction in your wallet

  3. Wait for the transaction to complete

Step 4: Verification

After claiming, the tokens will be transferred to your wallet and the "Claimed Amount" on the lock details page will update.

Partial Claims

You can claim any portion of your unlocked tokens:

  • Specify the amount when claiming

  • Unclaimed tokens will remain available for future claims

Important Notes

  • Transaction Fees: Standard Solana network fees apply

  • Failed Claims: If a claim fails, check your wallet connection and try again

  • Manual Claims: LockFi does not automatically transfer tokens; you must manually claim them
